Sloppy joes with chopped dill pickles and pickle juice in it?
I had an old recipe for sloppy joes that had dill pickles chopped, pickle juice, brown sugar and I think ketchup. I can’t find the recipe and I wanted to use it for my wedding, which is THIS coming SATURDAY. Can someone please help….( I have looked on every recipe site out there)

I’m having an outdoor wedding with picnic fashion luch (everybody brings a dish to pass) and a grilled lemon chicken dinner.
SLOPPY JOE RECIPE FOR A GROUP
20 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 gal. catsup
1 jar dill pickles chopped
1 cup dill pickle juice
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
2 stalks celery
Brown ground beef and drain. Mix all ingredients together and simmer. Serves about 100 people, depending on bun size and amount of filling desired.
