onigri is a sweet or what? (rice balls) revenue should allso?

ok i need to make rice balls and revenue used they say you need pickled plums …. arent sweet pickled plums? I thought the sweet rice balls werent cause he know to add salt and seaweed. So if you could hellp me it would be great, I have a recipe but you could give me Mabe some good recipes and then I'll see what is the best ^ – ^ thank you tsuki

The Plum marinated for one of the fillings! Here is a recipe for you (for 4 persons, 2 onigiri per serving) 4 cups cooked rice (for 8 riceball) of salt a little toasted sesame a small sheet of nori (toasted seaweed) sheets 8 fillings (fish roe, bonito flakes, pickled plum) 1. Divide the rice into eight equal portions (one for each riceball). 2. Wash your hands thoroughly. Wet your hands with water and a cup a little salt, sesame and a portion of rice in your hand. 3. Make a small hole in the center of the rice with your finger and fill the hole with one or two of our favorite fillings. 4. Cover fill with rice and press firmly with both hands, making sure the filling is at the center. 5. Press the rice into a triangular or oval shaped ball. 6. Wrap the onigiri with nori.
