Recipes Vegetables Roasted

Comfort makes a comeback and said what a comfort this old fashion recipe for pork chops with flour vegetable? Perhaps adding another old recipe for Apple Spice cake for dessert. Yep, that's it. Double comfort.

ROASTED PORK AND VEGETABLES

2 pork tenderloins, about 3 / 4 lb. each
2 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1 pound carrots, halved and cut into 2-inch
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 tsp tablespoons olive oil
2 c. Tea dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp sage tea
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 c. Tea pepper

Place tenderloins in a shallow roasting pan that has been lightly greased. Arrange vegetables around pork, drizzle with oil. Mix seasoning and sprinkle with pork and vegetables. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 450 degrees for about 40 minutes or until what a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Stir the vegetables occasionally during cooking.

Makes 6 servings. 3 oz meat + 1 cup of vegetables is equivalent to 331 calories, 40 g carbohydrates and 28 grams of protein.

1 egg
1 cup flour
1 / 2 cup walnuts
