cooking potatoes and corn on the grill?
I am attempting something I have never done. Cooking pork chops, cob corn, potatoes on a propane grill. the corn I found in the freezer, should I thaw them before? My plan was to wrap the potatoes in foil, start them, an hour or so later put the corn in tin foil , start them, then cook the pork chops.
that should work. you should brine your pork chops before you grill them. it will make them super tender and juicy. mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of salt, few peppercorns and whatever spices you like in to about 2 quarts of water. put the pork chops in the mix amd let them soak for an hour or 2. it makes a HUGE difference. i’d also leave the corn in the husks to cook.
