snacks..some trail mix..made of peanuts m&ms raisins or raisinettes…….carrot sticks…part skim cheese sticks…non fat yogurt….smoothies..just mix a variety of fruits together with skim milk….1 banana..1/2 cup strawberris…1/2 cup frozen yogurt…1/2 cup ice..1 cup skim milk…etc…peanut butter on toast…jello wiht no sugar..low fat pudding…
lunch..pizza on whole wheat bread.english muffins..low fat cheese..top with low sodium tomato sauce…cooked spinach..olives..mushrooms.put in to oven till cheese melts..
breakfast…whole grain toast..whole grain waffles, pancakes..fruit salad….
dinner..salmon..grilled chicken..use low fat breadcrumbs to coat chicken for healthy chicken nuggets..lean meatballs with wholewheat spaghetti…use 97% lean meat….
